Bouddi National Park
Boudi is only a stones throw from Sydney although when relaxing on one of its deserted beaches it's hard to believe the city is not more than hundreds of kilometres away. The small secluded beaches sit beneath untouched bushland and spectacular cliffs.

Camping is permitted at Little Beach, Putty Beach or Tallow Beach, permit required. The park is situated 19km south-east of Gosford between McMasters Beach and Killcare.

Brisbane Water National Park
Panoramic views spread from 100m high cliffs overlooking the Hawkesbury River at Warrah Trig and Staples Lookouts. Aboriginal art may be seen on the sandstone landscape with engravings at Bulgandry on Woy Woy Road. Displays of Christmas Bells and Waratah are stunning during November - December.

The park is located 9km south-west of Gosford and 60km north of Sydney.

Dharug National Park
This park is important primarily for its wealth of aboriginal rock engravings and has been named after an aboriginal tribe. Situated on the edge of the Hawkesbury River magnificent colours and a variety of interesting plants are there to be enjoyed or you can stroll the first 2km section of the convict built Great North Road.

Camping is permitted at Mill Creek or Ten Mile Hollow. The park is 75km north-west of Sydney.
